At Widget Monkey Games, we recognize that many visitors to our site are concerned about the information they provide to me, and how we treat that information. Our General Standards

At our site, we do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to s voluntarily and knowingly. This means that we do not require you to register or provide information to me in order to view our site. Secure login and password information will be required to play some Widget Monkey Games that have an online component, or in some cases to post high scores on our servers, when those types of features are available in our games.

Widget Monkey Games never keeps any credit card information on our servers at any time. All sales transactions are handled through trusted merchant e-commerce services such as Paypal, Moneris, eSellerate etc.

If you do request information from us through my Contact or Support pages, you have granted Widget Monkey Games permission to contact you from time to time to answer any of your requests. If you do not wish to have further follow up contacts after any issues or questions have been addressed, please let us know and we will remove you from our address file. We absolutely do not share any information that you give us with anyone outside of Widget Monkeys Games.

Because Widget Monkey Games showcases and links to games created by other indie game studios and developers we may, when required, forward your contact information on to those parties. We always make certain that our game developer partners have strict customer privacy policies that are similar in their intent to our own.

I rate all of the games sold on Widget Monkey Games using TIGRS, The Independent Game Rating System. The rating logos for each game are shown on the Buy Our Games page.
