Off Road Velociraptor Safari
Off Road Velociraptor Safari is a wildly funny casual online game released by Flashbang Studios that lets you drive your rugged jeep (with ball and chain) through a full 3D terrain in a quest to track down velociraptors within a five minute time frame. There's the thrill of the hunt, gathering orbs for points, wild careening jumps, and just a generally insane amount of play in this fantastically fun free online game. Tennis Stars Cup
Argentinian Unity game developers Three Melons have posted their brilliant tennis game, Tennis Stars Cup, on shockwave.com. This game came out of the Unity Games Competition and has been polished to an absolute shine. Simply one of the finest Unity web-based game to date. Go play it for free right now!
Untitled "Racing Game"
An early screen shot of an as yet untitled Alfa Romeo racing game being developed by new Unity developer Eddie Walker. Even in this early playable stage online, the game features great graphics, excellent control scheme and user interface, customizable cars, and more. This plays quite well already and it's not even been optimized yet. Highly recommend giving it a spin for free.
DC Larson's Untitled (free and upcoming) First Person Shooter
DC Larson's upcoming first person shooter project is being released December 25th as a full Unity project file and downloadable game to the community! It not only shows off the gorgeous work being done by Unity developers, but also embodies the spirit and friendship on the Unity forums. He's currently constructing a single level FPS which he's making available by December 25 as a free playable download (links to follow when he posts them) with the complete project file for other Unity developers to learn from. He said that, "Until Unity 2 I'd been struggling to create a soft environment. Now it is truly effortless in balancing the soft and hard elements for realistic game design." Spire
Spire is a wonderfully done short adventure game that takes place on a floating island. Players must find items and interact with the locals to solve puzzles. See if you can find all the secrets of this mysterious island. It is a free download for OSX or Windows and also playable in your browser via Grayboxgame's website. Enjoy!
Anatomy - Male Head
NYGhost is Unity user and multimedia programmer who created a fantastic interactive, 3D anatomy browser of the male head in Unity. His work is highly recommended and illustrates that Unity is a highly capable, "goal-agnostic" engine that can be used for education as well as game development. His interactive anatomy experience is available on the New York University School of Medicine's Division of Educational Informatics site.
Math Race
Another fun game created by Sacramento game developer Daniel Mileusnic who runs WebGames3D.com. Great use of Unity 2 terrain features, lovely water, funky and fast race physics, with a dash of math problem solving make this a fun addition to the collection of free Unity games out there.
Avert Fate
One of many gameplay screenshots available from Forest Johnson and Raimund Schumacher's stunningly beautiful first person shooter, Avert Fate. This simply stunning tech demo of the Unity game engine has been made available for both Mac and Windows as a free download. The site is highly recommended as it shows off numerous screen shots and provides a "how it was made" section as well. Forest Johnson was 15 at the time he created this masterpiece. Strongly recommended.
Neko Dance Party
Sam Kalman's delightful online musical game aimed at 8–12 year old girls, Neko Dance Party, and it simply rocks. The game can now be previewed online in beta form by clicking this link, and will be available online in other places soon. A highly recommended blast of fun.
Blingy
Blingy is an exciting falling marble game and was created by the young driving force behind WebGames3D.com, Sacramento game developer Daniel Mileusnic. The game appears easy but becomes maddenly frustrating as you try to beat the top posted scores. Simple gameplay, nice music, and pure fun. Recommended.
Epic Tower Defense (aka Hordes of Orcs by Freeverse)

Splume
The stunningly fun online game Splume was created by the gang of cool game designers at Flashbang Studios in Phoenix, Arziona, and was the winner among five excellent finalists of the Unity Technologies Top DOG competition. This bubble-popping physics experience is smooth as silk. Bringing a physical twist on a classic game concept, you will be popping bubbles for hours. The integrated level editor and level sharing system will keep you busy long after you finish the main game.
Cuttle Candy
Classic and great looking arcade game now online! Feed all the hungry cuttlefish by matching the cuttle to its coloured candy. be careful, each cuttle that swims away will need to be fed before the candy runs out!
Castles
Created by Ray Nothnagel and Michael Ammer of Last Bastion Games, Castles is an online multiplayer game where you build up resources, cast your spells, and defeat your enemies. Castles features online play utilizing Unity 2.0's networking functionality, and many other new features of Unity 2.0. Go crush an opponent today!
Sky Sky Panic
An arcade game of falling melons. Choose your mode on the title screen. Faster modes will give you more points. Once you're in the game, use the mouse to move your cursor. The spiky balls falling are called Panics. Catch the ones that match the color of your cursor and avoid the ones that don't match. If you see a melon falling, grab it to restore a third of your life ring! When you finish your game, use the onscreen buttons to enter your name (to be replaced in Unity 2!), and hit Submit! See you on the highscore board!
Circus Chairs
Circus Chairs was created by Ennanzus Interactive and is an addictive game of balance in which you have to stack chairs as high as you can before they fall, but believe us, it's harder than it sounds! Also available as a Dashboard Widget and standalone game for Mac OSX from the same website.
Zen of Clover
Zen of Clover was created by Randy Edmonds to be a relaxing and calm, Zen experience. Your only goal is to achieve enlightenment by spending quiet time alone in nature searching for four leaf clovers. There is no time limit to worry about, no health level to be concerned about .. you are free to take as long as you wish gently floating over the clover field while the sounds of nature envelope you into a mood altering mediative environment. Once all four leaf clovers are found you will be presented with a Zen proverb or quote.
Shooter in the Abstract
Shooter in the Abstract is a oddly cool, addictive, and unusual (in a very good way!) simple little shooter arena game created by Warren over at Wanton Hubris where the goal of the game is basically just try to stay alive. Play it, you'll see what I mean; it's simple to start to play then grabs your interest and doesn't let you go. Also available as an Mac OSX or Windows standalne game.
Nature
Garen Rees created this stunning nature walkthrough using Unity. Yes, it's fully interactive and you can walk through it! Use the keyboard arrows keys to move and move the mouse to look around. Watch for the waterfall and experiment with the three settings while you explore to see how Unity can handle a variety of user settings. Brilliant stuff and incredibly beautiful.
Anan Mediapond (aka Fish)
The newly opened "ANAN Japanische NoodleBar" in Autostadt, Germany, by Hosoya Schaefer Architects, features a digital fish tank at its entrance. created by Jørgen Skogmo and Patrik Svensson of Copenhagen-based shiftcontrol, 2006. the piece plays with the nostalgic notion of the goldfish rather than strictly trying to simulate the real thing. Created in the game engine Unity the project features a shader based depth of field effect and behaviorally controlled flocking. The dynamic motion of the fish is achieved by means of procedural animation.
Megapixel
Megapixel is a wildly fun, techno-beat abstract first person shooter by 15 year old Unity guru Forest "Yoggy" Johnson that features exciting and challenging gameplay, crazy-awesome abstract graphics made out of particles, and 8 bit type sound effects. It was created by Forest Johnson (aka Yoggy) and is an award-winning game of pure intense action where reflexes are essential and the player is rewarded for making difficult shots, being patient in the heat of battle and using skill and strategy to destroy many enemies at once.
Unity Invaders
Unity Invaders is a delightful recreation of the 1970s arcade classic. Created by Eric Haines in Unity, it's a simple and maddingly addictive version of the classic game, compete with scoring, retro sound effects, and immersive gameplay. Drop a coin in the slot and go play a game of Unity Invaders now!
The Bows of Shoga-La
Welcome to the world of Shoga-La, a beautiful mountaintop garden where diminutive mechanical creatures roam and play. Choose an archer and try your skill on this little archery course. R.A.Mildren's latest Unity effort is a fun archery game widget avaialble for download from his website.
The Snowmen and the Crown
R.A.Mildren's non-violent 3D adventure game in which you have to free the Kingdom of the Snowmen from enchantment by restoring their Lost Crown.
